Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. This website uses as few of them as it can.
What we use
- Strictly necessary cookies: needed for the forms to be submitted securely and for administrators to sign in. Without them the website does not work, which is why they do not require consent.
- Your own answer to the consent message, so that we do not ask you again. It lasts six months, contains no identifier of yours, and is the same for anyone who answers the same way.
- We do not use advertising cookies, or cookies that track you on other websites. The embedded Google map and the chat window, however, are third-party content — see below.
Third-party content
The contact page embeds a Google map, which does not load by itself. It loads only if you give permission in the consent message, or if you press «Load map» in its place, at which point Google may store cookies of its own on your device, which we do not control. Information about them is in Google's privacy policy.
On every page there is also the «Ask us» button. Until you press it nothing is loaded and no cookie is stored for it. As soon as you press it, the chat window is loaded from the provider of the office's customer management system and may store cookies of its own on your device, or equivalent local storage, so that it remembers your conversation. These we do not control.
Apart from those two, the website loads no third-party content.
How you control them
At the bottom of every page there is a «Cookie settings» link. From there you can change or withdraw your answer whenever you like, as easily as you gave it.
You can also delete or block cookies from your browser's settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, the website's forms will not be able to be submitted.
