Booking and Cancellation Terms

The terms below govern every booking made through the office.

Booking and payment

A booking is final once the office has confirmed it and the deposit has been paid. The balance is paid before departure, at the time set when the booking is made.

Cancellations

Every trip states on its own page the cancellation policy that applies to it. The policies differ according to the kind of trip:

• Day trips
• Multi-day trips in Greece
• Trips abroad

Cancellations are accepted in writing. The date on which the office receives the request is the one that counts.

Cancellation by the office

If a trip does not reach the minimum number of participants, or is cancelled for reasons of force majeure, you are told in good time and you choose between a full refund and an alternative date.

The traveller's responsibility

You are responsible for the validity of your travel documents and for arriving at the departure point on time. Failure to arrive gives no right to a refund.

Complaints

Every complaint must be raised immediately with the escort or with the office, so that there is a chance to resolve it on the spot, and must be submitted in writing within a reasonable time after your return.
